The origin of the company was in 1987.
The Perfact formula was placed in the market in 2004. The basis for the formula is knowledge. Knowledge is developed and secured in the various parts of the Perfact Group. A communal objective of the Perfact Group branches is increasing the plant performance in leading capital-intensive industrial enterprises.
The Perfact Group has a track record in successful collaboration with MainTasc both in the field of software and project management. This successful collaboration has led to structural cooperation in the management of projects through the establishment of Perfact MainTasc.
Perfact MainTasc has been operating from Geleen (Netherlands) and Genk (Belgium) since the beginning of 2009.
MainTasc will concentrate on the further development of project management software. |
